This is a one-piece window fastener which has a patented Helix Seal with a tongue that closes against the window frame, applying appropriate seal compression. A chamfered, plastic shield on the back of the tongue protects the window frame from marking. The fastener can be used on awning and casement windows. High profile, low profile and venting double-tongue options are available.
A venting option of the Urbo Helix seal fastener handle is also available which allows the window to be fastened in a partially open position for passive ventilation.
The Urbo window fastener with separately fixed wedge is suitable for APL Architectural Series. Design requirements mean that standard residential windows must use the Urbo wedgeless fastener. The handle is 110mm long by 15mm wide and the base plate width is 55mm.
The Urbo bi-fold operator is a sleek swivel lock that activates locking rods in the top and bottom of the door or window panel.
Urbo handles for interior timber doors allow continuity from exterior joinery to interior joinery. A privacy handle is available with a push button to provide easy locking.
A compact design with fine lines and a chunky escutcheon, the Urbo lever handle gives hinged doors the ideal finishing touch. Snib or key operation is available for secure four-point locking.
Continuing the blend of contoured and square edges, the Urbo flush pull is ideal for lighter sliding panels where a robust hand grip is not required. The lock is mounted separately from the pull and is operated by key or snib.
The large Urbo sliding door handle (323mm long) suits larger sliding doors. The lock is separate from the handle and is operated by key or snib.
Offering a comfortable grip, the sliding door handle has inner edges that are smoothly radiused. It is 250mm long. The lock is separate from the handle and is operated by key or snib.
This all-in-one handle and lock for sliding doors or windows continues the Urbo family likeness. There is no separately installed snib or keyway. The surface mounted option has two-point locking.
